Consejo de los Derechos de Autor

El Consejo de los Derechos de Autor emite dictámenes sobre la aplicación de la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual.

En los dictámenes del Consejo, se han abordado distintas cuestiones de interpretación de los derechos de autor, entre otras, la superación del umbral de originalidad, la presentación pública, las restricciones de los derechos de autor y la cesión de los derechos de autor.

Los dictámenes se encuentran en la página web del Ministerio de Educación y Cultura.
