Esgotamento do dereito de distribución

Cando a distribución se efectúe mediante venda dentro da Unión Europea, polo propio titular do dereito ou co seu consentimento, este dereito esgotarase coa primeira, aínda que só para as vendas e transmisións de propiedade sucesivas que se realicen no devandito ámbito territorial.

Este esgotamento do dereito de distribución permíteme revender os exemplares físicos das miñas novelas, os meus cd ou dvd en feiras ou tendas de segunda man.
